All girls to meet at the Prep School reception at 8.00am for a prompt departure. Boys to meet at 9.30am
Swimmers will need their RED swimming caps and white PE 'T' shirt. Please come with a water bottle and snacks to eat during the morning. Pool shoes and an Ashford School tracksuit/ hoodie would also be an advantage.
Unfortunately there is no room for spectators to watch this event and the school has asked for parents not to attend
